[Part 3] Interview with the ambassador! [Opinions on the 1st Briefcase sample]

Hello! I'm the HushTug musician.

The other day, our ambassador visited our showroom and we interviewed him about the first sample of our new briefcase product!

The ambassadors shared their opinions from a customer's perspective, and we discovered new things that we hadn't noticed before, making it a very fulfilling interview.

This time, we will introduce you to the interview.

The person we interviewed was Mr. Masubuch, who lives in Chiba Prefecture.

She is currently using a HushTug leather tote (brown) and a cashmere scarf, which is not for sale!

- What was your first impression of the briefcase?

That's cool!

As mentioned in the blog, the edges accentuate the three-dimensional effect and make it look more neat.

Personally, I like simple designs, so I also like the fact that there are no pockets or other decorations on the outside.

However, since I sometimes commute to work by bicycle, I would have liked it to be a two-way bag that could also be carried over the shoulder.

I think that there are a lot of people who commute by bicycle these days, so more people could use it.

It may be difficult to balance with a simple design, but I think there will be demand for it.

- What about in the bag?

In terms of storage, I think it's fine as it's not too big and not too small.

I usually change what I carry to match my bag, but I usually carry the same things.

• Laptop

• Gadgets

• wallet

• Pencil case writing implement

• A4 File

So it's big enough to store things.

The addition of a PC case, which is not available in existing tote bags, will be a welcome addition for computer users.

The contents are also neat and it looks easy to use.

Some business bags come with a pen case, but I haven't used one much.

I think something this simple is easier to put together.

- If you have any concerns or suggestions for improvement, please let us know.

The thing that bothers me is the bottom studs.

The bottom studs are great because you can place the bag on the floor, however, there are some places where the leather body touches the floor, which is a bit of a concern.

I think it would be good if the studs could function better, as it would prevent the leather itself from getting dirty.

Also, I'm a bit curious about the innerwear.

I felt like it was a little baggy.

Because of this, the storage space looks small, which is a shame.

It would be great if this could be improved in the future!

- Thank you for your valuable opinion. Lastly, what kind of HushTug products would you like to see in the future?

I want a case that will fit my laptop!

I've looked online for thin leather PC cases, but I couldn't find anything that really suited me.

If HushTug makes it, I'd definitely buy it!

Also, I already have a cashmere scarf.

I really liked this, but I was surprised to find out that it was no longer for sale. (laughs)

I hope they sell it again!
