After holding a planning meeting with a HushTug customer who actually commutes by car, we created a business bag that is packed with all the functions necessary for commuting by car, and that you will really want to have.
2. A large-capacity, multi-functional business bag that can hold everything you need
"When I'm in the car, I don't carry it around all the time, so I don't mind the weight. I want it to fit everything I need," we said, and based on that feedback, we created a larger capacity bag that can hold more than other products. It can hold not only a 13-inch PC and A4 files, but also the items you need for an overnight business trip.

3. Minimalist design with no metal fittings on the surface
We received feedback that "if there are metal fittings on the surface of the bag, it will hit the door when getting into your car," so we designed it so that there are no metal fittings on the front, to avoid damaging your precious car.
The handle hardware is attached inside the bag.
The bottom of the bag has leather reinforcement parts instead of studs. (The reinforcement parts can be repaired or replaced.)
4. Equipped with side pockets
"It's a pain to open the zipper and take something out while driving." "I've had the experience of suddenly braking with the zipper open and all my stuff flying out." "I want a pocket that I can quickly take things in and out of while driving."
In response to this feedback, we have added side pockets on both sides which allow you to quickly take things in and out while driving.
The side pockets can hold a PC, A4 documents, small items, etc.

Since we often need to take out small items while driving, such as eye drops, gum, parking tickets, and sunglasses, we have also included two mini pockets inside the side pockets on both sides.
It's convenient because you can quickly take out your wallet when you stop by a convenience store during a break, or you can quickly take out various items while driving.

In response to requests for "if I'm going to buy a leather product, I want it to be tough and durable so I can keep it looking good for a long time," we added a hard core material to the surface of the bag.

#5 How we came to develop this product together with our customers
The Route Business Bag was developed in collaboration with a HushTug customer.
As HushTug, we thought about how to make a truly good product, and we came to the conclusion that if we could make a product that our customers themselves truly want, it would also be loved by other customers.
In response to our invitation, about 10 customers gathered, and from the first meeting onwards, a wide range of design-related opinions were exchanged, leading to several fruitful meetings.
During the meeting, we did not offer any opinions, and instead reflected the customer's opinions directly in the product. As a result, ideas that would not have been thought up within HushTug came out one after another, and the product ended up being of a quality that we would never have been able to create on our own.
With the strong backing of a Japanese sewing company with cutting-edge technology, we were able to create a business bag that is one of a kind in the world.
This business bag combines customer-first design and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, and is one we are very proud of.
