[HushTug] The first sample of the vertical mini tote bag is now complete!
Hello. This is Nakajima, designer at HushTug.
This time, I'd like to introduce the first sample of our newly completed "Vertical Mini Tote."
Until now, HushTug has offered two types of mini totes: the "Zip Mini Tote" and the "Leather Mini Tote."
Both have been well-received for their larger size, which can accommodate A4 files, but through conversations with customers at our physical store, we've increasingly heard requests for "a more compact mini tote."
That's how this new Vertical Mini Tote was born.
Features of the Completed 1st Sample

The overall design features a vertical form.

Sized to store 500ml plastic bottles and long wallets vertically.

Compared to conventional mini totes, the height is approximately 2/3, and the width is slightly slimmer.

Despite its compact size, it maintains a firm structure and high-quality finish.
Interior Specifications

Features a suede-like beige lining.

Achieves a luxurious look and feel.
② Pockets

Zippered pocket: Securely store valuables like AirPods and key cases.

Open pocket: Easily access your smartphone and small items.
Despite its compact size, it's designed to keep your essentials organized.
Points to be Improved
Actual use revealed some areas for improvement.

Zippered pocket is slightly too deep → Will be made slightly shallower

Opening is narrow, making it difficult to open and close → Zipper position will be adjusted upwards

Storage capacity is sufficient, but width and depth will be increased by a few centimeters to provide more room
We will address these points to further enhance usability in the next sample.

In hot weather, you can store plastic bottles or tumblers, and even folding umbrellas fit neatly inside vertically.
This size is perfect for those who don't want to carry a bag that's too large but still need to store their essential items.
