You can pay for your orders on HushTug's online store using the following methods:

 

1. Credit Card

You can choose from four types: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

※In cases of high risk for fraudulent orders, we may proceed with order cancellation and refund processing.

 

2. Bank Transfer

Please transfer the product fee to the following bank account under the name of Raz Holdings Co., Ltd., which operates HushTug:

  • Bank Name: Rakuten Bank (0036)
  • Account Holder: Raz Holdings Co., Ltd.

  • Account Type: Regular Account

Please note that the transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

※Please make the transfer within one week of your order. If we cannot confirm the transfer, your order may be canceled.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can use our Cash on Delivery payment method, where you pay for the product upon its arrival at your home.

For COD, payment is only accepted in cash.

Please note that a COD fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged per delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

 

4. Paidy Post-Payment

  • No credit card required.
  • Easy payment with just an email address and mobile number.
  • You can consolidate multiple payments and pay on the 27th of the following month.

  • You can pay for your purchases together with your monthly SoftBank mobile bill.
  • No credit card is required.
  • The product price will be charged along with your mobile bill.
