Establishment of the Competitive Imitation Countermeasures Office

It has been about five years since we launched HushTug, and we have been thankful to have grown it into a brand that is loved by many customers.

On the other hand, we have been receiving more and more inquiries from some customers, such as the following:

・There are products with a similar design to HushTugs being sold under other brands. ・I almost bought it thinking it was a HushTug product.

When we checked the brand in question, we found that the designs were indeed very similar, and the craftsmen who manufacture the products at our company also responded that "it is highly likely that the manufacturing methods have also been imitated."

At HushTug, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards malicious imitation, and will take legal action against such brands with the cooperation of our legal counsel (Attorney Katsuhiko Kimura of Adhan Law Offices).

For this reason, we have established a Competitive Imitation Countermeasures Office with the aim of creating a system for constantly checking social media, web advertisements, etc. so that all customers who enjoy shopping at HushTug can make purchases with peace of mind.
