01 Recruitment requirements for all positions

Employment status full-time employee
Location 5F Keian Building, 2-18-7 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo
(5 minutes walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line)
Working hours and holidays
  • 09:45-18:45 (1 hour break)
  • Two-day weekend system (submit your request for the following week's holiday by the previous Sunday)
  • One 5-day consecutive holiday per year
  • There are New Year's holidays (10 consecutive holidays from December 27th to January 5th in 2024-2025)
  • Paid leave utilization rate: 100%
  • No overtime
Salary

Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up *Salary increase assessment available 6 months after joining the company

Bonus/salary review: once a year (April)
Employee Benefits Complete social insurance Commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen per month)
Eligibility Nothing in particular (no experience necessary)

Recruitment will be carried out according to the following process.

First interview

You will have a first interview with our CEO, Toda.

We will have casual chats to determine whether or not you will fit into the HushTug culture.

Final interview

You will have a final interview with Vice President Takahashi.

We will discuss more detailed information, such as the actual work content and what we are looking for, and then decide whether or not to hire you.


Job Offer

We will notify you of the result of your final interview via email within a few days.

If you are selected, we will discuss and confirm your start date.
