Many HushTug products are made here at D.bell (formerly Handbag Suzuki).
This is a long-established bag manufacturer with a history of about 90 years and the skills to produce for brands that are used by the Imperial Household.
All products are handmade by artisans, and their sewing and technical skills are among the best in Japan.
They have generously poured the knowledge they have gained while producing products for various brands into HushTug products.

History of D.bell (formerly Handbag Suzuki)
The company was founded about 90 years ago in Ueno as a manufacturer of drawstring bags for geisha.
At its peak, the company produced 2,000 to 3,000 pieces per month, and has never had a day of non-stop work since it was founded, garnering attention within the industry.
However, due to COVID-19, the number of orders decreased and the company was facing a crisis.
It was at this time that we came across HushTug, who resonated with our philosophy of "sharing the incredible technology hidden within the world with the world," and we decided to hire them to take on almost all of the production of HushTug.

Our workforce in Japan's leather industry is aging, with an average age of 70, and we have been struggling with a lack of successors.
However, Japanese leather technology is at a level that is internationally recognized, and there was a strong desire not to let this tradition be lost.
HushTug offers designs that are comparable to other Japanese brands, but at about half the price.
I was deeply impressed by the company's corporate efforts to "create products that impress customers."
We put all of the knowledge we've gained over our 90 years of history into every HushTug product we make.
We are confident that we have created a wonderful product that becomes more flavorful the more you use it, and we believe that you will definitely be able to experience its quality once you use it.
