At HushTug, we offer a semi-permanent repair service with the idea that we want people to take good care of items that can be used for another 10 years.

We carry out repairs in the workshop where the products are actually manufactured, so we can ensure high quality repairs.

Depending on the repair content, it may be free of charge or there may be a fee, so please check below.


Free repairs

Free repair services are available for all products purchased after December 15, 2022.

If the bag is no longer able to fulfill its basic function of carrying things, we will repair it free of charge (we may need to confirm the circumstances of the breakdown when you contact us).


Examples of free repairs

・The handle of the bag has been torn off. ・The bottom of the bag has fallen out, so you can no longer put anything in it.


Paid repairs

If the bag is still capable of carrying items but lacks functionality and design, we will repair it for the following fees.

The zipper broke
・There are scratches or stains
The pocket was torn
The sewing thread has come loose

Prices may vary depending on the product, so please use them as a reference only.

*Please note that depending on the product condition and the part you wish to repair, our affiliated workshop may not be able to repair the product.



Repair procedure

It may take up to three weeks from the time of your inquiry until the repaired product arrives at your home.

STEP1

Please send us pictures of the area you would like care or repair done. The more detailed pictures you can provide, the more accurate the estimate will be.

STEP2

The person in charge will send you an estimate of the cost. Please note that this is only an estimate, and the actual amount may vary slightly.

STEP3

After you have agreed to the cost, please send the product to our office (you will be responsible for shipping costs of approximately 800 to 1,600 yen).

STEP4

We will inspect the item and let you know the exact cost.

STEP5

Once we have received your approval for the cost, we will repair the product.

STEP6

Once the care and repair is complete, we will return the product to your specified address via cash on delivery. Please pay the fee we told you when you received the product.
