About our lifetime repair service
At HushTug, we offer a perpetual repair service with the wish that our customers will cherish and use their products for at least ten years.
Since repairs are carried out at the same workshop where the products were originally manufactured, we can maintain high quality.
All products purchased on this e-commerce site from December 15, 2022, onward come with a lifetime repair service.
About Free Repairs
We offer free repairs if the bag can no longer fulfill its basic function of holding and carrying items (we may ask for details about the damage at the time of inquiry).

・Bag bottom has fallen out, making it impossible to hold items
About Paid Repairs
If the bag can still hold and carry items but lacks functionality or design, it will be repaired at the following rates:

*Please note that depending on the product's condition and the desired repair area, repairs may not be possible at our partner workshop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Repair Process
Please note that it may take approximately three weeks from inquiry to the arrival of your repaired product at your home.
STEP1
Please send images of the area you would like to have cared for or repaired. The more detailed images you provide, the more accurate an estimated cost we can provide.
STEP2
Our representative will send you a cost estimate. Please understand that this is an estimate, and the actual amount may vary slightly.
STEP3
After you approve the cost, please send the product to our office (you will be responsible for shipping costs of approximately 800-1,600 yen).
STEP4
We will inspect the actual product and inform you of the exact cost.
STEP5
After you approve the cost, we will proceed with the product repair.
STEP6
After care and repair are completed, we will send the product back to your designated address cash on delivery. Please pay the cost informed at the time of product receipt.
