About Shipping
Shipping method
Nationwide shipping is free .
Once we confirm your payment, we will ship your order within 1-4 days ( excluding pre-order items).
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
Your ordered items will be delivered in the shortest possible time.
As delivery operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, delivery will be arranged on the next business day .
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please check this form and select the reason for "Specifying the delivery date and time of the product" and contact us.
*For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. Please select only the time slot.
You can choose your preferred time slot from the options below.
- in the morning
- 14-16 o'clock
- 16-18 o'clock
- 18-20 o'clock
- 19-21:00
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport, so please refer to the table below for the arrival date in each region from the date of shipment .
*If you choose to have your item delivered via Nekopos (postage to your mailbox), it will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
However, if you pay by cash on delivery or specify a delivery date and time, delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
If the arrival date is delayed due to delivery issues, HushTug will contact you in advance.
Overseas shipping will be arranged by EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping costs are 3,000 yen including tax.
Redelivery
If you are unable to collect your item after it has been shipped and the delivery company's storage period has expired, the item will be returned to the warehouse.
The storage period is one week, including the first delivery date.
If you would like to have the item redelivered after returning it, please contact us by selecting "Other" on the inquiry form .
Please note that the shipping fee for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
