About Shipping

Shipping Method

Shipping is free nationwide. (For home delivery, shipping to Okinawa and remote islands costs 1,620 yen including tax.)

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send your order within 1-4 days (excluding pre-order items) (excluding Okinawa and remote islands).

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and a tracking number to your email address so you can check the delivery status.

Your ordered items will be delivered in the shortest possible time.

If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please check this form and select the reason for "Specifying the delivery date and time of the product" and contact us.
*If you are shipping to Okinawa Prefecture or a remote island, you cannot specify the delivery date. Please select only the time slot.

You can choose your preferred time slot from the following:

  • in the morning
  • 14:00-16:00
  • 16:00-18:00
  • 18:00-20:00
  • 19:00-21:00

Delivery will be via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport, so please refer to the table below for the arrival date to each region from the date of shipment .

*If you choose to have your item delivered via Nekopos (postage to your mailbox), it will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
However, if you choose cash on delivery or specify a delivery date and time, delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express.

If there are delivery issues that cause the arrival date to be delayed or advanced, HushTug will contact you in advance.

Delivery overseas will be arranged via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping costs will be 3,000 yen including tax.

Redelivery

If you are unable to collect your item after it has been shipped and the delivery company's storage period has expired, the item will be returned to the warehouse.

The storage period is one week, including the date of initial delivery.

If you would like to have the item redelivered after it has been returned, please contact us by selecting "Other" on the inquiry form .

Please note that the shipping fee for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
