About Shipping

Shipping Method

Shipping is free nationwide.

Once payment for the product is confirmed, we will ship it within approximately 1-4 days, excluding pre-order items.

We will send a shipping notification and tracking number to your email address when the item is shipped, so you can check the delivery status.

Orders will be shipped on the earliest possible date.

As delivery operations are closed on weekends and holidays, delivery arrangements will be made on the next business day.

If you wish to specify a date and time, please check this form, select "Specify product delivery date and time" as the reason, and contact us.

※For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, date specification is not possible. Please choose only a time slot.

You can choose your preferred time slot from the following:

• Morning
• 14-16 o'clock
• 16-18 o'clock
• 18-20 o'clock
• 19-21 o'clock

Delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Please refer to the table below for estimated arrival dates for each region from the shipping date.

※For Nekoposu (post-box delivery), Yamato Transport will deliver.
However, if cash on delivery or date/time specification is selected, Sagawa Express will deliver.

In the event of a delivery issue causing a change in arrival date, HushTug will notify you in advance.

International shipping will be arranged via EMS (Express Mail Service).
The shipping fee is 3,000 yen (tax included).

Redelivery and Cancellation

If the product is shipped but not received, and the courier's storage period (one week including the initial delivery date) expires, the product will be returned to the warehouse and automatically canceled.

Returned products will be automatically canceled.
If you wish to purchase again, please reorder from the website.
