Product Shipping Operations
Orders placed until 07:59 AM on Friday, December 29th
*Orders placed by the above time can be shipped within the year and have a specified delivery date/time.
*Orders placed after 08:00 AM on December 29th will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, January 6th.
Inquiry Reply Operations
Closed from Saturday, December 27th to Monday, January 5th.
■Resumption of Business
Product shipping and inquiry replies will resume sequentially from Tuesday, January 6th.
*Due to anticipated high volume, there may be delays in shipping.
*Date and time cannot be specified for online orders placed during the holiday period.
Date and time specification for delivery will resume from Friday, January 9th.
Furthermore, if you wish to return or exchange a product during the above period, it is possible to do so if you contact us within 30 days of receipt, so please feel free to inquire.
Physical Store Operations During New Year's Holidays
During the New Year's holiday period, our physical stores will not operate under normal business hours.

The Ikebukuro and Harajuku Omotesando stores will have their last business day of the year on December 26, 2025.
