The first sample of the smart key case is complete!

Hello! We are Nakashima and Nakamura, designers at Hashtag. 

This time, we'd like to introduce the 1st sample of our new "Smart Key Case".

At first glance, it looks like a compact round wallet.

However, this product is a new concept smart key case developed with the premise that car smart keys can be "stored inside".

The development was prompted by numerous requests received at our stores for a product that could "store all smart keys together without having to take them out of the case."

This demand, which was difficult to achieve with conventional key cases, has been carefully realized through functional design.

Simple exterior, surprisingly high-function interior

The exterior has a minimal impression.

However, when you open the zipper, a rational storage structure with separate functions on the left and right appears.

■ Left side: Dedicated space for car smart keys

Smart keys are stored by attaching them to a chain + snap hook.

The design ensures that the keys are securely contained within the case, preventing them from moving around or jingling while carried.

This hook is detachable with a single touch.

This eliminates the hassle of removing keys when you want to "hand over only the smart key," such as during car washes or inspections.

■ Right side: For grouping home and office keys

On the right side, there are three key hooks.

Additionally, a space is provided at the bottom to insert and secure keys, preventing them from jingling while walking.

■ Also holds one card

Inside, there's a pocket that can store one IC card.

This is ideal for "cards you want to use without taking them out," such as automatic lock card keys.

Meticulous design for ease of use

• The hook adopts a shape that is difficult to drop and easy to remove.
  It was selected based on the actual hardware the designer himself used for personal items.

• The main compartment has a zipper closure.
  You can carry it with peace of mind, without worrying about keys falling out.

• Designed with calculated thickness.
  Even with all keys and smart keys inside, the exterior does not bulge unnaturally.

In internal tests, where employees' families also used the product, many commented that the "detachable hook is truly convenient."

Sleek appearance, even when stored

When all keys and cards are stored and the zipper is closed, the surface has a neat form with minimal bumps.

While being a "tool for organizing keys," the design also values the beauty of an everyday item.

Sample perfection: 100 points. Sales expected mid-March

The designers rated the sample introduced this time as "100 points."

Both in terms of specifications and usability, it has achieved a level of completeness ready for product commercialization.

Sales are planned to begin around mid-March at the earliest.

Furthermore, after the release, we plan to provide more detailed introductions, including actual usage scenarios.

This smart key case, while appearing simple, is thoughtfully designed.
