[HushTug] Introducing upcoming new products
Hello. I'm Nakajima, a designer at HushTug.
This time, I'd like to give you a detailed update on the schedule of upcoming new products and the progress of ongoing samples.
If you've been wondering, "What's coming next?" or "What happened to that sample?", please read on to the end!
About upcoming new products
Currently, compact wallets, money clips, and card wallets are in production, aiming for a release around June 2025.
Previously, we accepted pre-orders and it took about 2-3 months for products to be delivered.
However, for future new products, we will switch to a system where we begin sales once production is complete.
This system will allow us to deliver products within one week of the sale start date.
Therefore, there has been a slight delay for these three products since the samples were completed, but they are now in production, and we kindly ask for your patience until sales begin.

The bill wallet was released on May 31, 2025!
About samples currently in production
Next, we will introduce the products for which sample creation is currently underway.
① Flap Shoulder Bag 2nd Sample
This is a shoulder bag with a flap.
From the 1st sample shown in the image above, we are making minor adjustments such as reducing the vertical height by about 3 cm and changing the metal fittings used.
If this 2nd sample is successful, we plan to start sales around September 2025.
For this product as well, we will not take pre-orders and are preparing to begin sales as soon as the sample is complete.
② 2-Way Square Bag 3rd Sample
The 1st and 2nd samples for this product were already highly refined, and we are currently only making minor adjustments.
We also plan to start sales for this product around September 2025.
③ Smartphone Shoulder Bag 2nd Sample (Currently undergoing full redesign)
This item has undergone significant changes from the 1st sample and is currently being completely redesigned.
Changes include a design with a flap, and the ability to store a smartphone and about two cards.
Additionally, since it would be difficult to retrieve items if it were too deep, we are considering creating two types tailored to different smartphone sizes: one for large smartphones and one for standard sizes.
Please look forward to further updates on this as well.
④ Clasp Wallet / New Tote Bag
For the clasp wallet, the shape and size are almost complete, and we are now awaiting quality confirmation of the metal fittings.
We have a visit scheduled with the metal fitting manufacturer in May, and if there are no issues, we will proceed smoothly.
For the new tote bag, we plan to improve it by changing the size to perfectly fit A4 documents and adding a zipper to the main opening.
We aim for a design that is as simple as possible.
Future plans
Going forward, we plan to focus on "small accessories."
While current HushTug products often feature simple and classic designs, we plan to design and develop wallets that are 'simple yet more functional and easy to use' in the future.
Of course, we also have several ideas for new bags, so please look forward to the sample creation process.
