This time, we'd like to introduce the new sample for the Ladies Business Tote. This is an updated product that reflects feedback we received from customers. We will explain in detail how it has changed from the existing product, the background of its development, and its storage capabilities.
Why the minor change?
Background of development
The existing business tote was made larger, mainly considering storage capacity. However, as customers used it, we received feedback from female customers.
Customer Voice
"When sitting on a train, if I put it on my lap, it sticks out over my knees."
"It might be a bit too big."
"I wish the fastener was a zipper."
Reflecting these customer voices, we decided to redesign it with updates.
3 Changes from the Previous Model
We improved the size, usability, and material.
Slimmed down width
We reduced the protruding gussets on both ends by 3.5cm each from the outside.
The size of the central "body" part remains unchanged, so the storage capacity is maintained.
📐 3.5cm cut from each end → total of approx. 7cm slimmer. Storage capacity remains the same.
Opening changed from magnetic
to zipper
With the magnetic closure, there was often a gap at the side of the bag on the train, and many customers expressed concern about their belongings.
Leather material changed to a softer one
We adopted the same slightly softer leather as the Smart Tote. Hard leather was prone to wrinkles, so we changed to a softer material.
About Storage
Even with a reduced width, the storage capacity is securely maintained.
