[The corner of my bag has become bald…] Here's an easy color repair method!
Hello! I'm the HushTug musician.
The other day, a customer who came into our showroom came to us with a problem: "I'm using a HushTug bag, but the corners have become bald."
So, in today's blog, I will introduce you to a color-correcting cream care product that removes scratches from leather bags.
How do you take care of scratches on your bag?
If you use it without paying attention, not only will it look bad, but it may also cause it to deteriorate faster.
This is a necessary care method to keep your bag in good condition for a long time, so if you're interested, take a look!
I have also posted videos on color maintenance on YouTube in the past.
I think the video will help you understand the finer details, such as the amount of complementary cream to use, so please refer to the video and try maintaining your own bag♪

Things to prepare before caring for a wound
1. Horsehair brush
Use this to remove dirt and dust from leather products before using the color-changing cream. It's very useful to have one on hand as it's something you use every time you care for your leather products!

Use when applying complementary cream.
It can be used on cotton materials, and we recommend using items such as T-shirts that you no longer wear as they get stained with cream every time.
How to care for your skin using complementary cream / steps
Once we have everything we need, we can begin providing care.
There are a total of five steps in the care process, so we will introduce them in order.
1. Check the areas to be treated
This time we will be taking care of the corners of the bag, which are the areas most prone to scratches.
As you can see in the photo, the leather fibers are visible and some areas have changed color, which is noticeable.
We will take care of this and make it less noticeable!
2. Remove any dirt or dust from the surface
Use a horsehair brush to brush the areas where you will be applying the complementary cream.
The corners of bags tend to collect dirt and dust, and if you apply complementary cream while there is still dirt on them, the color may become uneven.
Brush thoroughly to clean the entire bag!
3. Apply complementary color cream
The complementary cream is like paint, so if you apply it too thickly it will dry and become hard and shiny, which will ruin the natural texture of the leather, so be careful.
Take an amount about the size of one coffee bean at a time and apply it little by little!
4. Dry
After applying the color-changing cream, leave it in a well-ventilated area for 10 to 15 minutes and allow it to dry naturally.
If you use it before it is completely dry, the complementary cream may get on your hands or clothes. Make sure it is completely dry before using it!
5. Brush to blend
Finally, brush the applied area.
The painted areas have a matte look and less shine than unpainted areas.
If you brush it after it dries, it will become shiny and blend in with the surrounding area, making it less noticeable.
lastly
This time we introduced how to care for scratches using leather color-changing cream.
Anyone can easily treat chafing by using a complementary cream.
The corners of your bag are subject to frequent wear, so check them regularly and take care of them to keep them in good condition!
