We will ship your ordered items as usual, but please be aware that there may be delays in delivery.
Additionally, HushTug does not allow you to change your shipping carrier to another company.
If you would like to know more about shipping, please contact Sagawa Express directly to check whether you can pick up your order at their office.
In that case, please let us know the "waybill number" of your package to make the process go smoothly.
Furthermore, if more than three days have passed since the expected delivery date, there is a possibility of delivery being delayed.
We would appreciate it if you could check the latest delivery status using Sagawa Express's tracking service.
