If you encounter unexpected problems, the correct treatment can prevent damage to the leather's texture. Stay calm and deal with it appropriately.
If it gets wet
Wipe with a dry cloth, pressing to absorb the water. Do not rub.
If it's wet inside, stuff it with newspaper or a towel to remove moisture.
Wet leather becomes soft and easily distorted. Stuff the inside with newspaper or similar material to maintain its shape while drying.
Air dry in a well-ventilated area, such as a hallway, until completely dry.
Direct sunlight and hair dryers are strictly forbidden. Do not use until completely dry.
Once completely dry, apply leather conditioner to the wet areas. This replenishes lost oils from getting wet and prevents cracking.
If it gets scratched
Apply Saphir repair cream, matched to the product's color, to the scratched area. Refer to the table below for color numbers.

Once the cream is dry, gently brush for about 2 minutes with a soft brush. Aim for a pressure that flattens the bristles by about 1cm.
If it gets wrinkled
Cover the wrinkled area with a thin cloth, such as gauze.
Press a dry iron at 90-100℃ onto the cloth for about 3 seconds. Do not move the iron.
If wrinkles remain, repeat the same process.
Steam can damage the leather. Always use the dry mode.
If it gets dirty
Prepare a leather eraser. A stationery eraser can also be used as a substitute.
Gently rub the surface. If it doesn't come off, gradually increase the pressure.
