Upon confirmation of payment for your order, we will ship it within 1-4 days, excluding pre-order items.

We will send a shipping notification and tracking number to your registered email address upon shipment.

We ship via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

As delivery services are closed on weekends and holidays, we will arrange for delivery on the next business day.

If you wish to specify a date and time, please check this form, select "Specify delivery date and time" as the reason, and contact us.

※ For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, dates cannot be specified. Please choose only the time slot.

Please refer to the table below for estimated arrival days from the shipping date to each region.

※ For delivery via Nekoposu (post-box delivery), we use Yamato Transport. However, for cash on delivery or specified date/time deliveries, we use Sagawa Express.
※ If arrival dates change due to delivery issues, HushTug will notify you in advance.

If you are unable to receive your item after it has been shipped and the delivery company's storage period expires, the item will be returned to our warehouse.

The storage period is one week, including the initial delivery date.

If you wish to have the item reshipped after it has been returned, please contact us via the inquiry form and select "Other".
