About shipping

We will be organizing products at the warehouse where products will be shipped until Thursday, November 9th.

During this time, product shipments will be temporarily suspended, so the earliest we can ship products to customers is Friday, November 10th.

We apologize for taking up your time and for the inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking information and an inquiry number will be provided and notified to the customer once the item has been shipped from the warehouse of our affiliated logistics company.

Please contact us (HushTug) for delivery status before then.

Also, the delivery date of your item after it has been shipped will vary depending on the region you live in. For details, please refer to the delivery schedule below (this is only a guide).
