Our thoughts on the sales price
One of HushTug's four principles is "Preserve culture for the future."
This is a philosophy born from our desire to preserve traditional, excellent manufacturing techniques for future generations.
We aim to pay our craftsmen a fair wage commensurate with their skills and resolve the chronic shortage of successors among craftspeople.

As times changed, more and more factories gradually closed, and Japan as a whole was plagued by a lack of successors.
If things continue like this, Japan's traditional techniques, highly regarded around the world, may be lost.

We will continue to insist on selling at fair prices rather than cheap, and will raise prices if necessary, while still paying fair compensation to the creators.
Also, to avoid disappointing customers who have supported HushTug up until now by finding that the price is now cheaper than when they first bought it, we will not be lowering the prices of our products going forward, so the current price will be the lowest price.
As with the multiple price increases we have implemented in the past, we plan to continue making price changes to our products in the future, so if you are considering purchasing an item, we would appreciate it if you could do so as soon as possible.
Of course, we are confident in our current products and have received many positive reviews.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of delivery, regardless of the reason or condition, so please feel free to purchase.
We will continue to do our best to provide our customers with bags that will be the "best companions." Thank you for your understanding.
