our rapidly growing leather brand.

HushTug is a leather brand that started selling in 2019. While primarily focusing on online sales, we opened our Ikebukuro store in 2023 and our Harajuku Omotesando store in 2025.

Our brand awareness has grown, with our products being used in dramas and TV commercials, and last year we achieved 100 million yen in monthly sales. We continue to grow at a pace that surpasses brands established decades ago.

Job Responsibilities

No special skills or experience are required. Even if you are a beginner, we will provide thorough one-on-one training.

Responding to customer emails

Respond to inquiries politely and promptly. While following templates, we aim for "above-and-beyond service" tailored to each customer's situation.

Phone support

Answer customer phone calls. Carefully resolve customer concerns regarding product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.

Responding to e-commerce site reviews

Respond to customer reviews with thanks and follow-up. We aim to build brand trust with every piece of feedback.

Through these tasks, you will naturally acquire "versatile skills that can be used anywhere," such as communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.

At HushTug, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, "regardless of the reason" and "no matter how much the product has been used."

03 — Work Style

So you can work with peace of mind
even while raising children.

Starting times and daily working hours can be adjusted to your preferences. There's no need to stick to the same fixed schedule every day.

Flexible hours

3-5 hours between 9:45 and 18:45. Adjustments can be made on a weekly basis, such as starting an hour later on Mondays.

Sudden leave is okay

Absences on the day due to a child's illness are fine. Work-from-home can be discussed depending on the situation.

Contact via Slack is okay

No phone calls needed for absence notifications. A simple Slack message is sufficient. No excessive apologies are necessary.

Dependent adjustments are okay

Adjustments can be made by shortening working hours. You can work at your own pace while maintaining your salary level.

Working Hours 3+ hours total between 9:45 and 18:45 / 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

Q Can I take sudden leave for a child's illness, etc.? +
It is possible to take the day off in the morning. Early departures are also handled according to the situation. Notifications of absence can be sent via Slack message. No excessive apologies or thank-you gifts upon return are necessary.
Q Can I work within the dependent allowance? +
Yes, you can. We will adjust by shortening working hours rather than lowering the hourly wage. You can work at your own pace while maintaining your salary level.
Q What about children's long holidays (summer vacation, etc.)? +
We will consider adjustments depending on the situation. Please feel free to consult with us first.
Q Is there overtime? +
There is basically no overtime. Most employees leave on time every day, and overtime is never forced.
Q Are there any required skills or experience? +
No special skills are required. As long as you can communicate smoothly with internal and external parties, you'll be fine. Those with career gaps are also welcome.
Q Is transportation subsidized? +
Transportation costs will be fully covered (up to ¥20,000/month). If you live nearby, you can also commute by walking or cycling.
Q What's the company culture like? +
The atmosphere is one where each employee can work freely. The team consists of 11 full-time employees, 2 executives, and about 20 contract and part-time workers, totaling about 30 people.
