By threading the leather string through the belt loop, the excess string doesn't hang down, but when I received it, I had a lot of trouble threading it through the loop because both the string and the loop were stiff.
I think it would be more helpful and satisfying if they included a piece of paper with advice on how to thread the string through the loop.

- Size - I'm no longer stressed about my pockets getting too full when I put things like my phone, wallet, handkerchief, etc. in them.

I bought a navy leather tote and multi-purpose case.
The color was darker than I expected, but it's a very nice color.
I was worried because I had only seen pictures of the finished product, but the skin was thick and sturdy, so I think it was very good.
I think it would have been better if there were feet on the bottom. I'm looking forward to using it and seeing the leather become more comfortable.

I became interested in HushTug products after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, and recently purchased a business bag. What attracted me to your company's products was the simple design, the appeal of the grained leather made by Mongolian artisans, and the accuracy of the product information.
As I mentioned in my SMS, when I received the product, my impression was that it looked "cool." It was exactly as I imagined it to look like online. I think the reason for this is the way your company communicated its products down to the smallest detail.
However, the first thing I find disappointing is the weight. It's a result of its robust construction, but it's also important to eliminate any wear and tear to make it lighter. Even though I understand the weight numerically, when I actually stuff it and carry it on my shoulder, the rounded handles dig into my shoulder and hurt. It's a business bag with long handles, so carrying it on the shoulder is expected, but compared to other brands like LV, the handles are stiff and feel a bit bulky. While the size is just right for a man's hand, it's too big for a woman's.
Also, as others have pointed out, the YKK zipper has issues opening and closing, making it very difficult to use. You have to use both hands to open it.
Increasing the number of product items is not easy due to inventory issues, but we hope that in the future we will be able to sell business bags for women that are one size smaller in length, width, and height than the current models, even if it is only a limited edition.
Overall, I think this is a very good, well-made bag produced in Mongolia for this price.

I purchased a business bag and a multi-purpose case. They arrived about a month and a half after I ordered them, and I was able to wait with peace of mind knowing that I had received constant updates on their progress.
I've only been using it for a few days, but I love everything about it: the solid feel of the leather, the careful stitching, the depth of the color (navy), and the simplicity of the design.
I think there would be demand for a larger multi-case size for people who use tablets and laptops. The current size is iPad Mini size, so I would like something around 10 to 13 inches.

My thoughts upon receiving the backpack: There is no Velcro inside the backpack →It basically uses a zipper and also a magnet, so I thought it was a design that would last a long time.
-It's compact, so you don't have to carry extra luggage.
- Regarding the shoulder strap adjustment: There are holes so it's easy to adjust, but the straps may sag. If there was something to hold the excess straps down, I think it would be the perfect supporting piece.
・Back discomfort → It might be better to improve ventilation when you sweat in the summer. I feel like some people might get stuffy.
-I'm worried about the shoes losing their shape, so it's reassuring to have an insole.

Personally, I think the wrinkles on the business bag are just about OK. The stitching is neat, the design is plain and pleasing, and it seems easy to use. However, my wife was quite critical. A reputable company wouldn't send it in a way that would cause wrinkles in the first place. She felt that it looked a bit cheap and lacked the solid feel you'd expect from a good bag. Well, I can understand her opinion.
Personally, I feel the edges are a little rough and would like to see brass studs on the bottom. For 30,000 yen, this bag with polished edges and studs is a very good bag. Considering the price, I suppose it can't be helped, but it's still a long way from other good brands selling for 50,000 yen. What kind of brand does HushTug aim to be? A high-end brand?
