Having only ever used messenger bags from overseas brands, I happened to see a Facebook ad for this bag, and it was the perfect size for what I was looking for. "Well, it's not that expensive, I'll order it..." I thought casually. The emails I received after ordering were also from an annoying manufacturer! I didn't even read the contents, but I didn't delete them until the product arrived. The product arrived in the morning, but as mentioned earlier, I wasn't very interested, and it took me half a day to unpack it! However! However! "Wow, the texture of this genuine leather, its smoothness, its scent, the precision of the stitching☆☆" I kept touching it for an hour. Is the price set wrong? Is there a digit missing? Amazing! Absolutely fantastic! I apologize for initially dismissing "HushTug." Your company is a first-class manufacturer.
If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be:
(1) When the zipper is fully open, it's difficult to close with one hand. (The bag is secured with black thread at a 2cm mark to prevent it from being fully opened and moved.)
(2) Please make a shoulder pad as an option. I purchased and am using a "burgundy" pad. It's a nice touch of color.
