Dear HushTug,
I learned about you through a YouTube ad around the end of last year and immediately checked your website. Although I've never bought anything from an ad site before, I was somewhat skeptical, but I decided to purchase the HushTug Zip Mini Tote in black.
I was intrigued by the ad and repeatedly checked the website, adding the item to my cart, but still hesitating. A few days later, I received an email from Mr. Takahashi, and after checking my cart again, I decided to purchase it secretly from my family, as I'm currently working away from home.
Other mini totes from other companies didn't appeal to me because, as the name suggests, they didn't hold much. However, the HushTug mini tote is just the right size, holds plenty, and I really like its simple design.
When I actually saw the product, I was impressed by its quality, meticulous stitching, simple design, and most importantly, how much it holds.
I used to think mini totes were only for women, but I think the HushTug mini tote is suitable even for men, and I think it's good for everyday use.
I immediately recommended the mini tote to my colleagues at work.

Also, I made a mistake when ordering and entered the wrong email address. I realized my mistake after checking via LINE, but I appreciate the kind and courteous response from the person in charge.
Recently, I saw on YouTube that they are improving the briefcase, and since I often carry documents for work, I am looking forward to the improved briefcase.
Until now, I have used totes and briefcases from a certain brand after seeing the actual product, but HushTug products, despite using domestically produced Himeji leather, are different from other companies in that they cut costs by not involving intermediaries, making them affordable and easy on my wallet. I would like to purchase other products that catch my eye in the future.
If I have the opportunity, such as on a business trip or vacation, I would definitely like to visit the store and see various products in person. I am truly grateful to have come across such a wonderful product. I apologize for this message, but I will continue to support HushTug.
