Regarding the specification of delivery date and time

It is possible to arrange delivery by specifying the delivery date and time.

However, the number of days required for delivery may vary depending on the region of your delivery address.

Please refer to the information below and contact us if you would like to specify a date and time.

1. Available delivery times

The available delivery time slots are as follows:

  • 12:00~14:00
  • 14:00~16:00
  • 16:00~18:00
  • 18:00~20:00
  • 19:00~21:00

2. Available dates

You can specify a date after the following dates.

If you order on 12/05 and have it delivered to Tokyo, the delivery date will be the day after that, so you can specify a date after 12/07.

If you place an order on 12/05 and have it delivered to Osaka Prefecture, the delivery date will be the day after tomorrow, so you can specify a date after 12/08.

Since our logistics warehouse is closed on Sundays and public holidays, if you contact us the day before a holiday to specify a delivery date, an additional day to cover the regular holiday will be required on top of the delivery dates listed above .

For deliveries to Tokyo, if you contact us on a Saturday with your desired delivery date, the next day is a Sunday, so we will need to allow "2 days later + 1 day (for Sunday)", and you can only specify a delivery date after the day after that.

Therefore, the only dates available are Tuesday and after.

3. Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands

Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a delivery date for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands as the number of days required for delivery often varies.

Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands will take approximately 5 to 7 days after shipping.

You can specify the delivery time, so please contact us if you have a preferred time slot.

4. Pre-order

For items that are currently out of stock and require a pre-order, the expected delivery date may vary depending on the shipping situation, etc. (See here for the expected delivery date for pre-order items).

Therefore, if you submit your desired delivery date and time early, such as immediately after placing your order, we may not be able to accommodate your request when we actually arrange for shipping.
