Currently, orders are increasing significantly for Christmas, and not only HushTug but also the entire country is experiencing delivery delays.
Therefore, depending on when you place your order, we may not be able to deliver the product by your desired delivery date.
We recommend placing your order with plenty of time to spare.
Below are guideline dates, assuming you wish to have your products ready by December 25th, by which placing your order offers a relatively safe bet.
Orders placed by 07:59 AM on Friday, December 19th
This period offers a high likelihood of delivery with relatively ample time.
Orders placed by 07:59 AM on Monday, December 22nd
Delivery may be quite last minute.

With a digital gift card, you choose the amount, and the recipient can freely use it to shop for items they like.
While delivery might be after Christmas, it's easy to send and has the advantage that the recipient can choose their desired items themselves.
◉ How to use a digital gift card
1. Purchase a gift card
After purchase, a gift card notification email will be sent to your (the purchaser's) email address.
※【Important】 The gift card will first be sent to the purchaser's email. To give it to the recipient, please forward the email or share the URL via LINE, etc.
2. Present it to the recipient (send)
Click the "View page to send to recipient" button in the email to open a dedicated page. Click the "Send via LINE" button or copy the URL and send it to the recipient via various messaging apps.
3. Use it for shopping (recipient)
The recipient can choose their desired products in the shop and simply enter the received code in the "Gift card or coupon code" field on the payment screen.
- You don't have to use it all at once. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
- For purchases exceeding the gift card amount, you can pay the difference using a credit card or other payment methods.
※The digital gift card will be sent via email after payment confirmation. Please note that if you choose deferred payment or cash on delivery, the digital gift card will not be sent even if it appears to be.
※Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges after the gift balance has been used are not possible, even within 30 days.
