Q. Can a laptop or A4-sized files fit inside?
A. A4-sized files and laptops up to 13 inches can be stored without any problem.
However, for larger sizes, such as 15 inches, they may not fit depending on the manufacturer and model.
The internal dimensions of the leather tote are listed below, so you can accurately check if your laptop will fit by comparing its size:

Q. The handle seems thin; won't it tear? I'm concerned about its strength.
A. The handle and the joint sections with the main body of the bag use reinforcing material and core material inside, not just leather.
Therefore, it is extremely strong and can be used without tearing or splitting even under heavy load for extended periods.
Q. Aren't you going to put metal feet on the bottom?
A. HushTug tote bags do not have metal feet on the bottom in order to achieve an ultimately simple design when carried on the shoulder.
Additionally, our research shows that even products with metal feet often have the bottom material touching the ground due to the softness of the bag material.
Therefore, HushTug does not include metal feet on its bags, balancing design with the actual function of metal feet.
Q. The leather feels stiff, will it soften?
A. The leather will be relatively stiff when you first purchase it, but it will become accustomed to use and soften over time.
While oils used for leather care can also soften it, applying too much at once or to the point where it becomes excessively soft could lead to deformation.
It will soften appropriately with regular use and care, so please rest assured.
Q. I like that it stands on its own. Will it still stand on its own even after it softens with use?
A. It depends on how you use it, but it will stand on its own even after the leather softens and becomes accustomed to use.
Leather is a material that can stretch and soften when subjected to prolonged stress, so if you consistently put heavy items on one side of the bag, it may deform and lose its ability to stand on its own.
Please use it appropriately, such as emptying the bag when not in use, and avoiding consistently placing heavy items on only one side.
