A. A4 size files and laptops up to 13 inches can be stored without any problems.

Q. The handle is thin, but will it break? I'm worried about its strength.
A. The handles and the joints between the bag body and the bag are made of leather, but we also use reinforcing and core materials inside.

Q. Do you not use studs on the bottom?
A. HushTug tote bags do not have bottom studs to achieve an extremely simple design even when worn over the shoulder.
Furthermore, our investigation revealed that even in products that have bottom studs, the softness of the bag material often causes the bottom material to touch the ground.
Therefore, in order to balance the design and the functionality of the actual studs, HushTug does not include studs on the bottom.
Q. The leather feels hard. Will it soften?
A. The leather is relatively hard when you first purchase it, but it will become softer and more comfortable as you use it.
The oils used to care for the leather will also soften it, but applying too much at once or applying so much that it becomes excessively soft may lead to the leather losing its shape.
Don't worry, it will become softer and more comfortable with regular use and care.
Q. I think it's good that it can stand on its own, but will it still be able to stand on its own even after it has softened with use?
A. It depends on how you use it, but it will still be able to stand on its own even after the leather has softened and become accustomed to it.
Leather is a material that can stretch and soften when subjected to stress for a long period of time, so if you keep heavy items on one side of the bag for a long time while using it, the bag may lose its shape and become unable to stand upright.
