Thoughts on the joint project
HushTug has been operating with the goal of "making high-quality bags in Mongolia and delivering them to the world," primarily through Mongolian artisans .
We began selling the bags in Japan in April 2019, and as of now (the end of November 2021), approximately 22,000 bags have been purchased.
I think we are also growing little by little thanks to the support of our many customers .
However, HushTug is still a new brand, having only been in full swing for less than three years, and we feel there is still room for improvement compared to other brands with craftsmen who have been honing their skills for many years.
Furthermore, in order to become a world-class leather brand, there are many hurdles to overcome, such as in terms of quality and design, and we still have a long way to go to grow.
That's when I met Michiyama.
Michiyama, who has been involved in the leather industry for many years, felt a sense of crisis about the decline of Japan's leather industry.
Michiyama, who has a strong desire to "protect Japanese technology," sympathizes with HushTug's philosophy and has agreed to cooperate with us as a quality advisor.
We promise to combine "high-quality Mongolian leather" with " Japan's finest technology" to deliver the best products to our customers.
