About shipping before and after Obon

This is regarding shipping arrangements for the following period around the Obon festival in 2024.

August 10th (Sat) - August 18th (Sun)

Currently, we are We have partnered with two logistics company warehouses to arrange product shipping .

As different products are stored in different warehouses, the shipping date may vary depending on the product you order.

Please see below for information on which items are available for shipping and when.

①Shipping available: 13th (Tue) and 16th (Fri) only

*Due to the effects of the typhoon, we were unable to proceed with shipping arrangements on the 16th. We will proceed with the arrangements from the 19th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*If you place an order after 11:00 a.m. on a shipping date, we will proceed with shipping arrangements from the next shipping date.
(Shipping will not be available on the 10th (Sat), 11th (Sun), 12th (Mon), 14th (Wed), 15th (Thu), 17th (Sat), and 18th (Sun))

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

Please refer to the table below for arrival dates in each region from the date of shipment.

*These days are approximate.
Therefore, there is a possibility that the delivery date may vary.

*If you choose to have your item delivered via Nekopos (postage to your mailbox), it will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
However, if you choose cash on delivery or specify a delivery date and time, delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express.
