About online consultation

Online consultation is a service that allows you to consult with HushTug showroom staff via video call .

Even if you live far away and find it difficult to visit our showroom, you can still consider your options through conversation with our staff as if you were actually visiting our showroom.

Online consultation times	11:00 - 19:00 *Closed every Monday (Video calls will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes)
How to get online advice	Due to staff availability, online consultations require a reservation. From booking to consultation, all you need to do is follow these 3 steps: 1. Select the method you want to use for the video call in the form below, decide the date and time, and make a reservation (you can choose Zoom or Google Meet) ⇒What is Zoom? You can make video calls using a dedicated application on your smartphone or an internet browser on your computer. >>How to download and use Google Meet (external site) ②You will receive a reservation completion email and an email from the HushTug staff, so check the date and time and have the video call service you selected ready (your smartphone or computer). ③ Start a video call at the scheduled time and begin the online consultation (staff will be on video for explanation purposes, but customers can just use the voice call)
