About extended warranties

At HushTug, we offer an extended warranty service that allows you to exchange products free of charge, so that even customers who are purchasing leather products for the first time can make a purchase with peace of mind.

With this service, by paying an additional fee when placing an order, you can exchange your product for a new one free of charge for one to three years if it breaks.

When placing your order, please choose your preferred extended warranty period from 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years displayed above the purchase button.

During the period you select, we will exchange your product for a new one free of charge (exchange is limited to one time).

In addition to the above, we also offer a free return/exchange service for any reason within 30 days of arrival. If you apply for an extended warranty service, you will be given a 1-3 year extended warranty service after the 30 days have passed.

If you apply for an extended warranty service, you will receive an email with a warranty number to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

When making an exchange, you will need the defective product and warranty number (or the email address you registered at the time of purchase).

Once you submit your application, we will send you a new product by mail.

Breakdown or damage caused by normal use

[Not covered by warranty]

Breakdowns and damage caused by man-made disasters (disasters caused by human carelessness or inaction)

・I accidentally got it wet - The leather was burned in a fire and became unusable. ・The surface was scratched due to being caught on a sharp object

In addition, the warranty does not cover economic damage or secondary damage caused by a malfunction.
