About Refund Methods

Refund methods vary depending on the payment method used at the time of your order.
Please check the details below.

01 Credit Card

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through the credit card you used.

The number of days it takes for the refund to be reflected may vary depending on your credit card's closing date. Please contact your card company directly for information on the refund status.

02 Bank Transfer

If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to your bank account. We will process the refund after confirming the bank account information you wish to use.

※ Please note that the transfer fee incurred at the time of payment is your responsibility.
03 Cash on Delivery

If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account. We will process the refund after confirming the bank account information you wish to use.

※ Please note that the cash on delivery fee is your responsibility.
04 E-Payment (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, SoftBank Carrier Payment, au PAY, d払い)

If you paid by e-payment, the refund will be processed through the e-payment service you used.

※ If the refund eligibility period has expired, the refund may be issued via bank transfer.
05 TikTok Shop
If within 30 days of purchase
Refunds will be processed through TikTok Shop. Please submit a refund request from the order management screen in the app.

STEP 1 ── Go to the order details page
Tap "Orders" on your profile page. Select "View All" and tap the relevant order. Select "Request Refund" on the order details page.

STEP 2 ── Enter details of the request
Select the refund type (e.g., Return and Refund). Select the reason for the application and submit. For defective or damaged products, explaining the issue and attaching photos or videos showing the defect will help the seller process it quickly.

How and when refunds are processed
Refunds are automatically issued to the payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be processed varies depending on the payment service used.

When refund processing begins
Processing begins within 2 business days after the seller receives the returned product, or within 14 days of the product's shipping date, whichever comes first.

※ If the refund eligibility period has expired, the refund may be issued via bank transfer.
If more than 30 days after purchase (if refund request cannot be made)
Please contact us via the inquiry form or send a message to the Shop requesting a refund.
※ In this case, the refund may be issued via bank transfer.
06 Paidy Post-Payment
CASE 1 ── If the billing amount has not been finalized by Paidy
We will send a return/cancellation notification to Paidy. It will then be reflected in your My Paidy account.
CASE 2 ── If payment has already been made
We will send a return/cancellation notification to Paidy. It will be reflected in your My Paidy balance and offset against your Paidy bill for the following month or later.

If you wish for an immediate refund, we can process a direct refund by providing your bank account information. In that case, please contact Paidy Customer Support.
