Shipping status of pre-ordered items (March schedule)

The item has now arrived in Japan and has been delivered to the logistics company's warehouse.
Currently, the items are being sorted in the warehouse and prepared for shipment.

Based on the current progress, we expect delivery to occur around April 26th (delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands may take a few more days).
We would appreciate your patience as we wait for your item to arrive.

We have confirmed that the product left China on 04/10 as scheduled.
We expect the product to arrive in Japan around April 17th, and be delivered to you around April 27th - 29th.

Once the item arrives in Japan and the delivery date to the logistics company's warehouse is confirmed, we will be able to give you a more detailed expected delivery date around 04/19.

We have confirmed that the product has arrived in China.
However, priority was given to important national cargo for the flight departing on 04/03, and HushTug products could not be loaded on the flight.

We are currently making arrangements to have it loaded on the next departure on 04/10.
If we can load it onto the above flight,
・Departure from China: 04/10
・Arrival in Japan: Scheduled for around April 17th.

Once the ship departs from China, the expected arrival date in Japan will be known, and after checking the departure status, we will be able to provide you with more detailed information around April 13th.

The product has been handed over to the shipping company and has left Mongolia. It is currently on its way to China.

The current plan is:
・Departure from China: 04/03
・Arrival in Japan: around April 9th.
*Delays may occur depending on transportation conditions.

Once the product arrives in China, we will determine the exact expected arrival date in Japan. Once we have the information, we will let you know the expected delivery date.

We have completed packaging of the products and are currently preparing the transportation documents and handing over the products.
After delivery, we will let you know the approximate expected arrival date in Japan.

The brown leather tote you will receive has been completed.
We then move on to inspection and packaging to prepare for transportation.

Once we receive the leather and check its quality, we begin producing the products in our Mongolian workshop.
Production of all products is scheduled to be completed around March 15th.

We expect to be able to receive the leather to be used for product production around the end of February.
When we receive the leather, we check its condition and quality before proceeding with production.

There has been a delay in the delivery of the brown leather tote, which was originally scheduled for delivery around March 15th.

This time, we identified the problems that occurred during the leather processing, clarified the cause, took measures, and had the leather processed again.
In addition, quality checks after completion will be conducted more strictly than ever before.
