Shipping status of your pre-ordered item (delivered 21/02)

The goods have arrived at the logistics company's warehouse, and tasks such as sorting and packing are underway.
We are currently arranging for shipment of the products that are ready, so please be patient and wait for a while until they arrive.

The expected arrival date at the logistics company's warehouse is 03/16.
Once the item arrives at the warehouse, packaging and other procedures will be carried out, and delivery to the shipping address is expected to occur around March 23rd or 24th.
Once we have confirmed that the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will contact you again by email.

We have confirmed that the product has arrived in Japan.

We are currently in the process of arranging customs clearance and domestic transportation.
We believe the delivery date to the warehouse will be known between the 13th and 14th, so we will let you know as soon as we know.

We have confirmed that the ship departed from China on 03/06 as scheduled.
The estimated arrival date in Japan is 23:00 on March 11th.

Once the item arrives in Japan, we will contact you by email once the delivery date to the logistics company's warehouse has been confirmed.

The scheduled departure date from China is 03/06.
(They were working to secure space for the ship departing 03/01-03/02, but it seems they were unable to secure the space.)

The expected delivery time for the product is as follows:

・Departure from China: 03/06
→ Arrival in Japan: Around 03/12
→ Arrival at logistics company warehouse: 03/15-17
→ Product shipping arrangements: 03/18~03/22
→Delivery to your door: 03/20~03/25
(If shipping to Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands, it may take an additional 3 to 5 days.)

The product will arrive in Japan around March 15th and the delivery date to the warehouse will be confirmed.
Once the delivery date is confirmed, we will be able to provide you with more detailed information.

We are currently arranging departures from China on the following two dates:

①Departure 03/01~03/02 → Arrival in Japan: 03/08 → Arrival at logistics warehouse: 03/10 → Delivery to your home: 03/15~03/19

②Departure 03/06 → Arrival in Japan: 03/12 → Arrival at logistics warehouse: 03/16 → Delivery to your home: 03/20~03/24

Depending on the space available for cargo, we may use either of the above flights.
We have heard from the shipping company that the details will be made clear within February, so we will contact you by email once they are confirmed.

We have been informed that if we request a shipping company from Korea or elsewhere to transport the goods from China, it may be possible for the goods to depart from China before 03/06.
We will transport your order using the method that will deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

The number of ships departing from China dropped dramatically in the latter half of February, with no ships scheduled after the 20th.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, major ports around the world are still under lockdown, creating an unprecedented shortage of containers to transport goods.

As there are no scheduled sailings in February, we are currently preparing to have the goods loaded on the first scheduled sailing date in March, 03/06.
Once the departure reservation number has been issued, your departure will be confirmed, so we will contact you once it has been confirmed.

Today, we were informed by the Chinese transport company that they expect to be able to determine the departure date for the goods between the 19th and 20th.
We will contact you once we have confirmed information.

We have confirmed that the products you receive have arrived in China, which is the transit point from Mongolia to Japan.
However, although the departure date was scheduled for 02/10, there is no prospect of a departure date from China.

All shipping services are suspended until February 17th due to the Chinese New Year (a long holiday).
Therefore, the earliest departure date will be after 02/18, and it will be difficult to deliver by 02/28.
