Shipping status of your pre-ordered item (delivered 03/21)

We have confirmed that the product arrived at the logistics company's warehouse yesterday evening, the 23rd.
We are currently sorting and packing the items in our warehouse and arranging for them to be shipped to your address.

The delivery date to the logistics company's warehouse is scheduled for March 23rd.
After the items arrive, they will be sorted and packed in the warehouse, and we expect them to be delivered to you around March 28th or 29th.

We are currently arranging customs clearance and domestic shipping.

The item was scheduled to arrive in Japan on March 18th, but due to the ship's operating status, it is now expected to arrive tomorrow, March 19th. We will update this post once we have confirmed that the item has arrived in Japan.

We have confirmed that the goods have departed from Tianjin, China.

Based on the current schedule, we are expecting delivery on the following dates.
・Around 03/18: Arrives in Japan → Around 03/22-23: Arrives at logistics warehouse → Around 03/29-31: Delivered to shipping address

Once the item arrives in Japan, we will be able to provide you with a more detailed delivery date around March 20th, when the delivery date to our warehouse will be confirmed.

Since yesterday, the 12th, we have been checking with the shipping company to see if the goods have left Tianjin, China.
We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.

China 03/08 It has been discovered that the ship scheduled to depart is experiencing a delay in its arrival at Tianjin New Port in China. (The containers are being unloaded at Shanghai → Qingdao → Tianjin New Port in that order.)
Therefore, we plan to load the goods and depart from China today, 03/11.

Based on the number of days required in the past, we expect the product to be delivered to you around March 30th or 31st.

We will update you as soon as the departure and arrival schedules in Japan are confirmed.
Once the details are known, we will let you know the exact delivery date.

We are currently checking with the transport company to see if the item has completed departure from China.

The goods could not be transported on the ship that was scheduled to depart from China, the transit point from Mongolia to Japan.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, cargo volume increased more than expected, and it was not possible to secure space to load the goods on the scheduled shipping routes.

The current scheduled shipping dates are as follows:

China → Japan (by sea): 03/08~03/15 Arrival at logistics company warehouse: around 03/22 Delivery to you: around 03/30

Because the item will be shipped by sea, the arrival date in Japan may vary depending on weather conditions, etc., but we believe that we will be able to provide more accurate delivery date information around 03/18, when the item arrives in Japan and the delivery date to our warehouse is confirmed.
