1. We held planning meetings with HushTug customers and repeated sample production many times to create a sacoche that they truly desired.
To address the most common concern raised in planning meetings—the lack of an affordable yet luxurious sacoche—we were able to launch a full-leather sacoche with a premium feel at an accessible price.
2. By focusing on functionality and durability, we have created a product that can be cherished for a long time.

5. We use YKK (EVERBRIGHT Gold No. 5) zippers, highly regarded worldwide. We pursued not only design but also smooth closure even with a large capacity.

#6How we came to co-develop with customers
This sacoche was co-developed with HushTug customers.
At HushTug, we asked ourselves, "How can we create truly excellent products?" We concluded that if we create products that customers genuinely desire, those products would be loved by other customers as well.
In response to our call, about 10 customers gathered, and from the very first meeting, various design opinions were exchanged, leading to several fruitful discussions.
During the meetings, we did not offer any opinions ourselves; we incorporated customer feedback directly into the product. As a result, ideas that would not have emerged from within HushTug came to light one after another, leading to a quality that we could never have achieved on our own.
With the strong support of "Handbag Suzuki," a Japanese sewing company with the highest level of technology, we were able to complete a one-of-a-kind sacoche based on these ideas.
This sacoche, a fusion of customer-first design and top-tier manufacturing technology, is a product we are truly proud of.
