1. We held planning meetings with HushTug customers, repeated sample production many times, and finally completed a sacoche that they truly desired from the bottom of their hearts.
2. To solve the most common problem in planning meetings, "there is no affordable yet luxurious sacoche," we were able to release a full-leather, luxurious sacoche at an affordable price.

#6How we came to co-develop with our customers
This sacoche is a product co-developed with HushTug customers.
HushTug considered, "How can we create a truly good product?" and concluded that if we create a product that customers "truly desire from the bottom of their hearts," it will be loved by other customers as well.
In response to our call, about 10 customers gathered, and from the first meeting, various design ideas were exchanged, leading to several fruitful meetings.
During the meetings, we did not offer any opinions ourselves, but reflected the customers' ideas directly into the product. As a result, ideas that would never have emerged from HushTug alone came forth one after another, resulting in a quality that we could never have achieved on our own.
With the strong backing of Handbag Suzuki, a Japanese sewing company with the highest level of technology, we were able to complete a one-of-a-kind sacoche based on these ideas.
This sacoche, a fusion of customer-first design and the highest production technology, is a product we are confident in.
