At HushTug, if you place your order by 7:59 AM, we can ship it on the same day.
Please refer to the following for estimated delivery dates to your home.
You can also specify the date and time of delivery on the order screen (excluding some products).
We kindly ask that you place your order with ample time.
※ The last shipping day of the year will be December 26th. Please note that if an order is placed after 07:59 on December 26th, it will be shipped around January 6th-9th, 2026.
For customers considering gifts, please also consider visiting our stores or using digital gift cards.
Recommended for customers who:
- Want to check the actual product before purchasing.
- Are worried whether delivery will make it in time for the desired date.
At our stores, you can see the actual products, be satisfied with them, and pick them up on the spot.
Please note that inventory status varies by store, so please check the stock status on the relevant product page before visiting.

- Want to give a gift on the day even if delivery won't make it in time.

Digital gift cards allow the recipient to freely shop for items by choosing a monetary value to send.
While delivery may exceed the desired date, digital gift cards are easy to send and have the advantage of allowing the recipient to choose the item they want themselves.
◉ How to use a digital gift card
1. Purchase a gift card
After purchase, an email with gift card information will be sent to your (the purchaser's) email address.
※【Important】 The gift card will first be sent to the purchaser's email address. To give it to the recipient, please forward the email or share the URL via LINE, etc.
2. Send the gift to the recipient
Click the "View page to send to recipient" button in the email to open a dedicated page. Click the "Send via LINE" button or copy the URL and send it to the recipient via various messaging apps.
3. Use for shopping (recipient)
The recipient can choose their desired product in the shop and simply enter the received code in the "Gift card or coupon code" field on the payment screen.
- You don't have to use it all at once. Any remaining balance can be used for your next purchase.
- Purchases exceeding the gift card value can be paid for with a credit card or other payment methods.
※Please note that after payment confirmation, the digital gift card will be sent via email. Therefore, if you choose post-payment or cash on delivery, the digital gift card will not be sent even if it is displayed.
※Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges will not be possible after the gift balance has been used, even within 30 days.
