Special campaign to brighten up Christmas

HushTug offers three services to customers who choose us as a Christmas gift.

For all services, we will not ask whether or not you would like the following services at the time of payment for your order.

Please note that you can make a request by replying to the email you receive after placing your order.


① About gift wrapping

When giving a gift, you want the recipient to be as happy as possible.

At HushTug, we can wrap small items such as wallets and pouches in this type of gift wrapping (at no additional charge).

Larger items such as bags and backpacks can be handed over in non-woven fabric like this.

Both packages come with a free paper bag so you can take it with you when you go out.


② Regarding product shipping (specified date and time)

There's no point in ordering a product if it doesn't arrive on the same day.

HushTug products arrive at your doorstep approximately two days after ordering.

Delivery will be via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport, so please refer to the table below for the arrival date to each region from the date of shipment.

You can also select a specific date and time.

You can choose from the following time slots: morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, or 19:00-21:00.

If you are unable to collect your parcel, please contact us using the phone number provided on the delivery slip and we will arrange for you to collect it again at a time that is convenient for you.


③ Free returns and exchanges

When giving a gift to your important partner, you want to be more confident than giving something you would use yourself.

HushTug offers free returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Many customers find it difficult to see the actual HushTug before purchasing, so we ask that you check the product before giving it to your recipient, and if you are not satisfied, you can return it without any problems.
