[HushTug] The first sample of the long card wallet has been created!
Hello, this is Nakajima, designer at HushTug.
We are pleased to introduce our new long wallet sample, which has just been completed.
This sample is a "long wallet without a coin purse."
In this article, we'll also discuss the interior specifications and customer feedback that inspired its creation.

Sleeker without a coin purse
Here is the finished sample.
Compared to our current long wallet, the coin purse section has been replaced with card slots.
This allows for a maximum of 12 cards to be stored, making it possible to carry more cards in a slim profile.
- Slim and smart design
The wallet isn't bulky, and it simply holds cards and bills.
- Durable construction
By eliminating the zipper and designing it primarily with leather, it can be used with confidence for a long time.
Designed for practical usability
Since it's a newly made sample, it's a bit stiff, but the leather will break in with use, making it smoother to insert and remove items. (If it's made too loose initially, it might become too saggy later on.)
Additionally, the inner card slots use a smooth lining, making card insertion and removal even easier.
- Storage capacity
Holds 6 cards on each side, for a total of 12 cards. Also comfortably holds 10-15 bills.
- Includes a free pocket
A convenient pocket is also provided for storing receipts and other items.
Customer feedback brought to life
This new long wallet was born from a request we received from a customer at a pop-up event in Osaka last year: "I want a long wallet without a coin purse."
That's why we have reflected customer feedback and created a simpler, smarter, and easier-to-use design.
Commitment to the leather used
While the sample uses "N Shrink" leather, the same as HushTug's tote bags, the product version will use "Pure Shrink," a higher-quality leather with a finer grain texture.
Pure Shrink is characterized by its chic and luxurious feel suitable for men, and it develops a richer texture with prolonged use.
