We took a look at how bag craftsmen make their bags.
Hello!
He is the musician for HushTug.
In fact, the other day I visited Handbag Suzuki, a company that produces many of HushTug's bags, for a YouTube shoot.
Today I would like to give you a glimpse into the craftsmen at work.
(YouTube will be released at a later date, so stay tuned!)
There are many leather totes stored on the first floor.
First of all, the workshop is two stories high .
On the first floor, leather totes are carefully stored to prevent them from losing their shape.
Other equipment installed include a machine that can instantly sew using sewing methods memorized by computer, and equipment for fine cutting.
By the way, do you know which part this model is?

The correct answer is the zipper handle!
Here's a little bit of trivia: the zipper handles on HushTug products are designed to be like the tip of a sword rather than square so that they look uniform when you have multiple products.

Next, let's go to the second floor!
The second floor is the production area.
The second floor is the production space, where each person divides up the work.
When I visited, they were making a leather sacoche.
Everyone was quietly and efficiently carrying out the detailed work.
On this day, five people were working on the project, but usually eight people work on the project.
I would be happy if it was possible to convey that many people are involved in the creation of a single product.
By the way, leather totes used to be our signature product, but recently leather sacoches have become just as popular and are purchased just as often.
We are planning to release new colors for the sacoche in the future, so we hope you will look forward to them!
lastly
What did you think?
This time we introduced the craftsmen at work.
In the future, we plan to post videos on YouTube of our craftsmen working behind the scenes, so we hope you will also check them out.
Thank you for reading to the end.
