Year-end and New Year holiday business hours
This is information about our business hours during the New Year holiday period. We would like to inform you of the delivery schedule, response to inquiries, and return/exchange policy during this period as follows. Please check the schedule and enjoy your shopping with plenty of time.
1. New Year's holiday period
Closure period: Friday, December 27, 2024 - Sunday, January 5, 2025
During this period the following services will be suspended:
- Shipping of products
- Reply to your inquiry
- Receiving returned items
2. Resumption of business at the beginning of the year
Product shipping: We will ship orders starting from Monday, January 6th, 2025 .
Responses to inquiries: We will respond in order starting from Tuesday, January 7, 2025 .
3. Return and exchange policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, we can accommodate your request as long as you contact us within 30 days .
