Online Store Closure During New Year Holidays
Please note that some online store operations will be temporarily suspended during the following period.

〈Shipping Operations〉
Orders placed until 07:59 on Friday, December 29
*Orders placed by the above date and time can be shipped within the year and have a specified delivery date/time.
*Orders placed after 08:00 on December 29 will be shipped sequentially starting from Tuesday, January 6.
〈Inquiry Reply Operations〉
Closed from December 27 (Sat) to January 5 (Mon).
■Resumption of Operations
Shipping and inquiry replies will resume sequentially from Tuesday, January 6.
*Please note that due to anticipated high volume, shipping may take longer than usual.
*Date and time specifications for online orders will not be available during the holiday period.
Date and time specification for deliveries will resume from Friday, January 9.
Furthermore, if you wish to return or exchange an item within the above period, we can accommodate your request if the date of contact is within 30 days of arrival, so please feel free to inquire.
Physical Store Operating Hours During New Year Holidays
During the New Year holiday period, our physical stores will not operate under regular hours.
They will be open only on the following dates as special operations/events.
Last Business Day of the Year (Reduced Hours)
The Ikebukuro store and Harajuku Omotesando store will have their last business day of the year on December 26, 2025.
On this day, opening hours will be shortened, differing from regular hours.
