The first sample of the smart key case is complete!

Hello! We are Nakashima and Nakamura, designers at Hashtag.

This time, we'd like to introduce the first sample of our new "smart key case."

At first glance, it looks like a compact round wallet.

However, this product is a smart key case with a new concept, developed on the premise that it can "hold a car's smart key inside."

The development was prompted by numerous requests received at our stores for a way to "store everything together without taking the smart key out of the case."

We carefully shaped this request, which was difficult to achieve with conventional key cases, into a functional design.

Simple exterior. Surprisingly high-functional interior.

From the outside, the impression is minimal.

However, when you open the zipper, a rational storage structure with separate roles for the left and right sides appears.

■ Left side: Dedicated space for car smart keys

Smart keys are stored by attaching them to a chain + snap hook.

The design ensures that the key fits securely inside the case, preventing it from moving around or rattling while you carry it.

This hook can be removed with a single touch.

When you need to "hand over only the smart key," such as during car washes or inspections, you don't have to bother removing the key.

■ Right side: For home and office keys

On the right side, there are three key hooks.

Additionally, a space is provided at the bottom to insert and secure keys, reducing rattling while walking.

■ One card slot

Inside, there is a pocket for storing one IC card.

It's perfect for holding cards you want to use without taking them out, such as an auto-lock card key.

Small details that determine usability

• Hooks with a design that is difficult to lose and easy to remove.
  The selection was based on the actual metal fittings the designer used personally.

• Main compartment with a zipper closure.
  You can carry it with peace of mind, without worrying about keys falling out.

• Designed with calculated thickness.
  Even with all keys and smart keys inside, the exterior does not bulge unnaturally.

In an internal test, when family members of employees used it, many commented, "It's so convenient that the hook is detachable."

Neat appearance even with items stored inside

When all keys and cards are stored and the zipper is closed, the form is neat, with no noticeable bumps on the surface.

While being a "tool for organizing keys," it is also designed to value the beauty of an item.

The designers rated the completeness of the sample introduced this time as "100 points."

Both in terms of specifications and usability, it has been finished with a level of completeness suitable for commercialization.
