Six things you can experience at our Tokyo showroom
1. In rare cases, you can purchase outlet items on the spot.
Generally, products cannot be purchased at showrooms, however, on rare occasions, outlet products may be stored there.
In that case, you can purchase and take home on the spot by paying by cash or credit card.
2. You can clearly see the texture and color of the leather
You can check the softness and color of the leather until you are satisfied, which can be difficult to understand on an EC site (online shop).
Due to the nature of leather, the color of some items may change indoors and outdoors, so this helps prevent you from purchasing something that doesn't meet your expectations.
3. You can check the size of the product
・Will it suit my body type?
Will my belongings fit perfectly?
You can check these items until you are satisfied. You can try them out with your own belongings, or you can check the approximate size with the staff's belongings.
4. You can check all products
You can check all the products listed on the EC site (online shop).
"I can't decide between a tote bag and a business bag."
If so, we recommend you try both out at our showroom.
5. You can purchase showroom-exclusive products
At HushTug, there are some products that are not listed on the e-commerce site.
- Black skinny jeans made from the same material developed by the world-famous Kaihara company as those sold by high-end brands.
This is a showroom exclusive item. It is about 1/3 the price of other brands, so it is recommended for those who want to buy good quality products at reasonable prices.

6. You can ask about maintenance and troubleshooting
We recommend that you clean your HushTug products about once a month. If your product gets wet in the rain, you should take care of it as soon as possible.
If you don't own many leather products, you can ask the store staff for detailed advice on regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
