Pre-order process

1. Pre-order on the site

Please make your purchase by clicking "Pre-order now" on the page of the product you wish to pre-order. The product price must be paid in advance (pre-orders can be cancelled or refunded at any time) .

2. Check your purchase confirmation email

Once your pre-order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase to the email address you registered. Please check that there are no mistakes in your order. If you have purchased the wrong product, please contact us immediately at https://shop.hushtug.net/pages/contact . We will take appropriate measures such as canceling your order.

3. Check the email for the schedule until the product arrives

Once your pre-order is complete, we will send you an email with information about the process until the product arrives at your home. The delivery date and time are approximate, as the delivery date may vary depending on delivery issues.

4. Receive your item at home

Once the product arrives in Japan, it will go through customs, be sorted, packed, and other processes before being shipped to your home. A tracking number will be provided when the product is shipped to your home, and a notification will be sent to your registered email address.

Points to note when pre-ordering

1. There are many cases where the next shipment is filled only with pre-orders. If pre-orders have not yet been completed, the arrival month may be changed without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Please note that the actual delivery date may differ from the date notified.

3. We update our products to make them better by improving usability and parts based on feedback from our customers (we do not make major changes to the overall design of the product).

4. For pre-orders, there is a possibility that the product you receive may have been improved. Also, since the photos on the online store are updated with the update, there may be differences between the product you receive and the current display on the online store.

Q. If I purchase multiple items that will arrive in different months, how will they be shipped?

A. If you purchase items that will arrive in different months, they will be shipped once all items are available ( the same applies if you purchase in-stock items and pre-order items together ).

Q. When will I receive the tracking number for my item?

A. The tracking number for the product will be provided when it is shipped from the warehouse to your home. Therefore, a notification will be sent to your registered email address about 1-2 days before the product arrives at your home . We will notify you of the approximate arrival date from time to time, so please check that as well.

Q. When does the 30 day return/exchange period begin?

A. The days will be counted from the time the product arrives at your home.
