This time, I'd like to announce the release date for a new product.
We will be selling the Smart Tote in Dark Gray.
The popular "dark gray" color, which has been used in leather tote bags and drawstring leather bags, will finally be available for the Smart Tote.
In this article, I will explain the storage capacity, color characteristics, and sales details.

Background of the production
While talking to customers at the store,
"Don't you have a Smart Tote in dark gray?"
"If you did, I'd definitely want one!"
We received many comments like these.
Indeed, while dark gray is a standard color for other tote bags, we hadn't released it for the Smart Tote.
In response to these voices, we decided to create a new "Smart Tote x Dark Gray" combination.
The finished product had a surprisingly good compatibility, creating a very balanced impression that combines elegance and calmness.
For example, it goes perfectly with a navy jacket, making it a versatile color that naturally blends in with both formal and casual styles.
About the exterior construction
The Smart Tote uses softer leather than the Leather Tote or Zip Mini Tote.
It was not originally designed to stand on its own, so it may lean slightly when placed down, but this makes it supple and allows you to enjoy the soft texture of the leather, which is its charm.
The opening is a magnetic type, and there is no zipper.
This makes it easy to put in and take out PCs and A4 files, making it easy to use as a business bag.
For those who prioritize security, we recommend a zipper-type tote, but if used as a shoulder bag, the contents are less visible, making the Smart Tote safe to use.
Also, the length of the handle is designed so that it does not drag on the ground when carried by hand, making it a design that can be carried in a balanced way whether on the shoulder or by hand.
Size and interior construction
The basic size of the "Smart Tote Dark Gray" is as follows.
It has a slightly vertical silhouette overall, allowing you to comfortably wear it over your shoulder even when wearing a coat or down jacket in the coming season.
For the interior, while black, navy, and brown use a beige lining, dark gray uses a gray lining.
This is the same specification as other dark gray products such as leather totes, zip mini totes, and drawstring leather bags.
All fasteners and other metal parts, as well as the logo, are 統一 in silver.
The overall tone is unified, resulting in an elegant and cohesive finish.
The interior structure is the same as existing Smart Tote series.

Despite its slim appearance, the Smart Tote offers sufficient storage capacity for daily use.

The "Smart Tote Dark Gray" will go on sale on the official online store on October 26th (Sunday) at 12:00 PM.
The price is 26,980 yen including tax, same as the existing Smart Tote.
