Q1. Wouldn't it be more convenient with an inner pocket?
Thank you for your feedback! Actually, some people want an inner pocket, while others prefer not to have one.
With the current model's size, adding an inner pocket might make the storage space feel cramped.
Considering the zipper's position, it could also make it structurally difficult to put things in.
Therefore, if we were to create a version with pockets, we would consider it as a new, slightly larger model.
Q2. I prefer the logo on the inside rather than the outside.
Thank you for your suggestion. The current model has the logo on the outside, a remnant from our production in Mongolia.
However, it's true that those who prefer a simpler design often prefer a foil-stamped logo on the inside, so we are considering reviewing this specification in future updates.
In fact, our tote bags already feature a foil-stamped logo on the inside, so similar specifications are possible.
Q3. I'm concerned about the leather smell. Is this natural?
Yes, since we use natural leather, a certain amount of smell is unavoidable. It can be particularly strong right after unboxing.
The smell will gradually diminish with use, so please observe it as you use the product.
If you find the smell too strong, please contact support, and we can arrange an exchange.
Q4. I prefer silver zippers. Are there any plans to change?
Thank you for your feedback! While current zippers are gold, many people prefer silver.
Since opinions are about half and half, it might be interesting to allow customers to choose the color through a "semi-custom order" system in the future. We will take this into consideration for future reference.
Q5. I'd like the zipper pull (handle) to reflect the brand's identity more.
Thank you! Actually, we are planning to change the zipper pull design.
We plan to unify it with the "diamond design" used on HushTug tote bags. We aim to maintain consistency across our future products.
Q6. How is it as a gadget pouch?
