[HushTug] The second sample of the 2-way square bag is complete!

Hello, I'm Nakajima, the designer of HushTug.
This time, we have a new sample that we would like to introduce.
The second sample of the 2-way square bag that was previously introduced on our blog is now complete, so we would like to introduce the detailed changes and size.

First, here is the completed sample.

The biggest change we made was to adjust the size .
The first sample was just large enough to fit a 13-inch PC, but this time we have changed the size to something a size smaller .
As this is a product primarily intended for everyday use , we discussed with the planner and decided that there was no need to put a PC inside.
As a result, we decided to narrow down the size.

The first sample seemed a little too large for shoulder carrying or hand holding, but by making it a size smaller, I think it now feels more comfortable when worn diagonally or over the shoulder .
In fact, it is designed to securely store standard sized items such as an iPad (10.9 inches) .
One of the changes is that the width and height have been reduced, which has also made the outer zipper pocket shorter.
There are also some changes to the interior, which we will introduce as well.
First, in the first sample, the leather part of the loop where the magnet was attached was a little too short, so we changed it to a longer length .

Therefore, it is designed so that it does not dent strangely when closed.
The placement of the interior pockets has also been changed .
In the first sample, the leather strap was positioned slightly lower, but in this sample it is at the same height as the leather strap, resulting in a sleeker design.

Additionally, the pocket width has been narrowed slightly.
In the first sample there was some excess material in the lining, but this has been improved in this sample.
We plan to continue making adjustments while making the dimensions a little smaller.
In addition, the bag is designed with a bottom board to prevent the lining from coming out when loading and unloading luggage.
When you actually put your iPad inside, it fits snugly and the loop keeps it securely in place.
However, we felt that narrowing the width of the zipper pocket had made it slightly more difficult to put things in and take them out, so for the next sample we are considering changing it to a flat pocket without a zipper and making it bulge out to make it easier to use.

The outer pocket is still easy to use and there are no problems with it, so I think it's fine to leave it as it is.
Next, let's talk about the size when wearing it.

First of all, the size when you hold it in your hand is just right.
It's roughly the width of a zip mini tote but vertically.
When worn over the shoulder, the strap is short, so it looks better worn to one side rather than across the body.

However, you can adjust the length of the strap so that it reaches down to your waist.
If you make it even longer, you can wear it cross-body without any problems.
However, if the strap is too long, it will hang down a lot, so if this bothers you, we recommend removing the strap and storing it inside your bag .
That's all about the wearing comfort.
What did you think?
This time we introduced the second sample of the 2-way square bag .
Personally, I feel like the size fits me pretty well when I wear it.
Regarding the usability of the interior pockets, there are some parts that are a little difficult to use, so we will be changing the specifications and improving the bag to make it even more stress-free to use.
