[Dramatic change in one year!] Introducing our outstanding employees

Hello! This is HushTug's Hariuna.

As sales have been growing at the Mongolian workshop, the company has been considering hiring more employees for the past year.

As a result, the number of craftsmen in the workshop, which was 5, started to grow to about 10 a year ago, and has since grown to 50 craftsmen today.

Today, I'd like to introduce you to Ram-chan, who joined our company a year ago.
Everyone calls him Lamar.

Lamar is an excellent craftsman who has been working hard with everyone at HushTug for the past year.

In this interview, we would like to introduce Lamar's thoughts on working at HushTug and his daily work duties.

Good morning Lamar! Thank you for taking the time to interview me despite your busy schedule producing bags.
Today I would like to introduce Lamar to everyone as an excellent employee.

No, no, I'm glad you interviewed me.

So, please introduce yourself!

Lamar

Hello everyone! My name is Ram.
I'm 24 years old and I've been working at HushTug since last November.

Hariuna

Wow, it's been a year already, congratulations!
So, how is work going after a year or so?

Lamar

I was very happy when I became an employee of HushTug. There are many young people in their 20s, and I've made a lot of friends. I've never worked in a workshop before, so making bags out of leather is interesting.

I started out as an assistant to a craftsman, and now I'm in charge of leading a team of eight craftsmen.

Hariuna

It's amazing that I was able to grow from assistant craftsman to team leader in just one year!

What have you been doing since becoming a team leader?

Lamar

When I was a craftsman, I did manual production work and assembly.

Since becoming a leader, I've been managing the team and giving instructions to the craftsmen every day, and I'm mainly in charge of production management until the bags are completed. I also do the second inspection of the bags produced by the team.

I still have a lot to learn and I am working hard every day.

Hariuna

HushTug is a company that operates on the principle of not studying before you start working, but studying while you work, so I know how difficult that is.

Listening to Lamar's story, I was amazed at how much he'd grown in such a short period of time!

Lamar

Yes, I do feel it's tough sometimes too. But the work is getting more difficult and I'm learning a lot about my relationships with other people, not just about my job.

I think there will be more juniors in the future, so I want to grow even more.

Hariuna

That's a great idea! I'm looking forward to seeing Lamar grow even more.
