HushTug products are supported by many people!
Hello! I'm Kawada, the technical director.
The other day, I went to the leather factory that makes the leather for HushTug products. This time, I interviewed the employees and the president who always help me.
In addition, I explained the current situation and outlook for HushTug, and they said they would fully cooperate in any way they could. (I'm so happy...)
At the leather factory, the skins are processed into leather.
The skin cannot be made into a product if it still has hair and blood on it, so the image is that they are working to soften it so that it doesn't rot and is easier to handle. This is done in a large drum like this, and is completed by several staff members using specialized chemicals.
It costs a lot to turn this drum once. Since the cost to process 50 pieces is the same as the cost to process one piece, from the leather factory's perspective, it is more efficient and easier to make a profit by producing a lot of leather rather than moving the drum. However, when there is a request for test leather for sample production, a dilemma arises: even if you produce that much leather...
However, they have kept the minimum processing requirements as low as possible for us and are fully cooperating with us in producing leather for tests, which has been a great help to us.
HushTug products are completed with the cooperation of many people like this. We will continue to provide information about Mongolia, so we hope you will be interested in it (*^^*)
