[Collaboration project with HIS] We will guide you through our Mongolian workshop on the HIS online tour!

Hello! This is Nakajima from HushTug.

HushTug and HIS Mongolia are collaborating to host a "HushTug Mongolian Workshop Tour"!

Due to the effects of COVID-19, the tour itself will be conducted online so you can watch it from the comfort of your own home.
This time, we'll give you a sneak peek at the contents of the HIS online tour!

What is HIS Online Tour?

HIS's online tours are a service that allows you to tour domestic and international tourist destinations in real time using video chat tools such as Zoom from your computer or smartphone.

Due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become difficult to travel, but it seems that many people who enjoy traveling are using the service as a way to relax, or to do preliminary research so that they can travel again as soon as the COVID-19 situation calms down!

It depends on the tour, but the price is about 1000 to 5000 yen and the tour time is about 1 to 1.5 hours. In addition, depending on the plan, it seems that there are plans where local souvenirs will be delivered at a later date!

With over 90,000 users, this online tour is a hot topic right now!

  8. Q&A

Since many of the participants on the online tour will be people who have never even heard of HushTug, the tour will start with a brief self-introduction and then you'll get to see the process by which HushTug products are made and what the workshop is like on a normal day!

Here is a brief introduction to the highlights of the HushTug Mongolian workshop tour.

1. How a leather tote is made

See how HushTug's most popular leather tote bag is made from a single piece of genuine leather.

You can watch as the craftsmen carefully shape each bag one by one. There are various steps involved in making the bags that we use every day, so you can enjoy seeing the high level of skill of the craftsmen and the process of how the products are made!

2.HushTug Workshop Live Tour

We plan to broadcast the workshop in real time during the online tour!
Our guide for the workshop will be Hariuna, who works as an interpreter for HushTug. He will show us around the workshop.

You can actually see the work being done and ask the craftsmen questions on the spot, so you can get a feel for what the workshop is like!

3. Messages from local craftsmen

At the end of the online tour, we will interview a HushTug craftsman!
We plan to share with you topics such as "What are the thoughts behind the creation of HushTug products?" and "A message to the people of Japan."

I hope that this makes faraway Mongolia feel a little closer to you!
